Shana Brown-Lieberson, Psy.D.

Founder & Licensed Psychologist

If you or your child are feeling overwhelmed by OCD, anxiety, gastrointestinal-related symptoms, or if you’re unsure what is causing you or your child’s struggles, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with children, teens, and adults to help them better understand what they’re experiencing and learn tools that make daily life feel more manageable and less distressing.

As founder of Bala CBT and a Licensed Psychologist, Dr. Brown-Lieberson (she/her) brings empathy, warmth, compassion, energy, and humor to empower clients to reach their goals and feel as though they have a safe space to be themselves.
