  • Anxiety can show up in many different ways. Anxiety can show up as racing thoughts, “what if” thoughts, constant worry, irritability, restlessness and inability to relax, and trouble sleeping. Anxiety can also show in physical ways, such as stomach issues and stomach tightness, chest tightness, trouble breathing or taking a deep breath, and much more.

  • Anxiety can stem from many different reasons. It can come from various stressors, past experiences, family interactions, trauma, perfectionism, avoidance, and much more. Often, it is unknown what anxiety can be stemming from. In therapy, we will help you understand the root of your anxiety and help you find relief and peace.

  • Yes! Therapy is proven to help with anxiety. Therapy can help you not only understand the root of your anxiety, but help provide you with helpful coping tools, face the anxiety in a safe way, and shift those unhelpful thinking patterns. Our goal in therapy is to provide you with tools and skills, so you can feel confident and empowered over your anxiety.

  • Our full fee for a 45-minute session is $235. We offer payment plan options and will provide a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

    We may have sliding scale spots available - please inquire about sliding scale options with your therapist to check if they have any sliding scale spots available. If you cannot afford our services, we will happily refer you to a therapist who can meet those needs.

  • We are out-of-network providers and do not accept insurance. We will happily provide you with a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance.

    We recommend checking with your insurance about your out of network mental health benefits - many of our clients are able to get reimbursement from their insurance.

  2. Schedule you or your child’s session!

    At the end of the consultation call, we will provide the logistical information, including fee and schedule. We work most evenings during the week in order to meet the needs of those that work during the day and school schedules.

  3. Begin feeling relieved & Supported

    During our sessions with you, your child, or your family, we will start to provide the necessary psycho-education and tools/skills. We believe knowledge is power and will always be transparent with you or your child, while creating a warm, collaborative space.

Are you a parent or caregiver who is feeling overwhelmed and you’re unsure how to help your child or teen?
