Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our full fee for a 45-minute session is $235. We offer payment plan options and will provide a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

We may have sliding scale spots available - please inquire about sliding scale options with your therapist to check if they have any sliding scale spots available. If you cannot afford our services, we will happily refer you to a therapist who can meet those needs.

  • We are out-of-network providers and do not accept insurance. We will happily provide you with a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance.

We recommend checking with your insurance about your out of network mental health benefits - many of our clients are able to get reimbursement from their insurance.

    • No time limits on sessions. We can see you or your child for as long as needed, without the worry of insurance cutting off sessions or ending coverage.

    • Helps us keep your information confidential and private without us having to share your personal information or diagnosis. This especially applies to our clients from marginalized groups.

    • Allows your therapist to be more flexible and personalized in treatment and therapy as a whole.

    • Avoids possible surprise billing, which can often cause a lapse in treatment or abrupt end in treatment.

    • And more importantly, this allows us to solely focus on what’s best for you or your child, and not on what the insurance company thinks is best!

  • We are so excited to possibly begin this journey with you and to start supporting you and/or your family!

You can contact us to schedule a session or a free 15-minute consultation call by clicking HERE or by clicking on any of the booking buttons throughout our website.

During the call, we will discuss what is leading you to therapy. We will discuss what the process will look like and answer any questions you may have. We will review the logistical information and schedule your first session/intake if you’re ready.

  • Our typical sessions are 45-minutes long.

Typically, we meet with clients on a weekly basis. However, we will discuss this during the consultation call about you or your child’s needs and financial ability. We are flexible with how often we meet, as long as we are able to meet often enough to help you or your child meet the treatment goals. This will be an open discussion with your therapist on the consultation call and throughout treatment.

  • We offer both virtual therapy through our HIPAA-compliant video system, and in-person therapy in our Bala Cynwyd, PA office.

We are flexible with our clients and we understand that due to illness, busy schedules, access, commute, and much more, preference for virtual or in-person may change.

Some of our clients start in-person to meet their therapist face-to-face if they live in the area, and then change to virtual to make things easier. Some of our clients choose between virtual or in-person based on their schedule that week. This will be an open discussion with your therapist of what works best for you.
