Typically, we meet with clients on a weekly basis. However, we will discuss this during the consultation call about you or your child’s needs and financial ability. We are flexible with how often we meet, as long as we are able to meet often enough to help you or your child meet the treatment goals. This will be an open discussion with your therapist on the consultation call and throughout treatment.

We offer both virtual therapy through our HIPAA-compliant video system, and in-person therapy in our Bala Cynwyd, PA office.
We are flexible with our clients and we understand that due to illness, busy schedules, access, commute, and much more, preference for virtual or in-person may change.
Some of our clients start in-person to meet their therapist face-to-face if they live in the area, and then change to virtual to make things easier. Some of our clients choose between virtual or in-person based on their schedule that week. This will be an open discussion with your therapist of what works best for you.
